Salt presents a high-density residential development in a well-connected and established area that is within close proximity to local shops, the Bayfair Shopping Centre and Mount Maunganui’s coastline. MPAD led the consenting process, collaborating with several other consultants who provided necessary technical input Salt was completed in 2019 and has contributed positively to the urban aesthetic and vibrancy of Arataki.
